Slab Formwork

The Slab formwork system is an advanced steel-framed timber formwork system which allows early stripping process. Through the combination of deck panels, Early-Removal Beam, Early-Removal Support, Locking Clamp and Tie Bolt, the system deals with complex slab structure by very simple way. Totally customized solution according to different slab thickness and storey height.

Once the concrete strength reaches over 50%, begin dismantling the early removal deck panels. First, individually push the sliding  pins of the early removal supports to lower the panels and early removal beams by approximately 200mm, then proceed to remove the panels and early removal beams one by one.

Except for the early removal supports, all other formworks and accessories can be removed.
