Product Description
Ringlock Scaffolding System
The FINEFORM Ringlock Scaffolding System is divided into the 48 system and 60 system, composed of main components such as ledger, standard, base collar, diagonal brace, screw jack base, and top brackets. The vertical standards are constructed from Q355B low-carbon alloy steel, offering significantly higher strength compared to the common Q235 plain carbon steel used in traditional scaffolding. 
The standards in the Ringlock system are welded with eight-hole discs, each disc featuring four small holes for ledgers and four large holes for diagonal braces.Both ledgers and diagonal braces adopt a pin-type connection method, ensuring a firm connection between the components and the standards. The joints of ledgers and diagonal braces are specially manufactured according to the arc of the pipe, making full-surface contact with the standard steel pipe. After tightening the pin, the three-point force application ensures a firm fixation, enhancing structural strength and transmitting horizontal forces.
Its unique design features disc-to-tube connections, where horizontal and diagonal members are securely fastened to the discs via pins, forming a robust geometric structure. With a single vertical standard capable of supporting up to 20 tons, the system ensures exceptional safety and reliability.
