Working Principle

The column formwork corner clamp lock applies the principles of leverage force amplification and wedge self-locking. When the operating handle is pressed down, the internal transmission mechanism converts the applied pressure into bidirectional clamping forces in the horizontal and vertical directions. This enables the locking teeth of the clamp to closely engage with the corners of the formwork. Meanwhile, the wedge structure automatically locks upon receiving force, creating a self-locking mechanical state. This ensures that the formwork remains securely fastened even during the vibration of concrete pouring, preventing any loosening or displacement.
